5. Service Description

We source and deliver OEM manufacturer repair procedures to trade professionals in Australia. Users submit vehicle details and payment, and procedures are delivered via email or secure download.

We do not author or verify the procedures. They are sourced directly from manufacturer platforms and used for informational and compliance purposes only.

6. Crashzone Exclusive Offer

We offer a discounted price of AUD $99 per procedure to users accessing our service through Crashzone. This offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time at our discretion.

7. Digital Product Delivery

All procedures are digital products delivered via email or download. No physical goods are shipped.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of payment for a full refund. After 30 minutes, refunds are not available unless we are unable to fulfill your request.

Once an order is placed, backend sourcing processes begin immediately. These involve non-reversible costs, so refunds cannot be issued after 30 minutes unless we are unable to fulfil the request.

9. Complaints and Corrections

If you believe a procedure is incorrect, notify us within 12 hours of delivery. Corrections requested after this period will be considered a new order at standard pricing.

10. Limitation of Liability

We accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from use of the information provided. Procedures must be used by qualified professionals only and applied with proper care.

11. Use at Your Own Risk
