We are committed to providing a clear and fair refund policy for our users. Please read this document carefully before placing an order.

By using our service, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

  1. Nature of the Service

All repair procedures are classified as digital products and are delivered via email or download. These procedures are sourced from OEM manufacturer systems and provided solely for informational and compliance purposes.

  1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund only in the following cases:

  • We are unable to source or deliver the requested OEM repair procedure
  • A technical error on our part prevents delivery of your order

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

  1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 30 minutes of payment.

Important: Once an order is placed, backend sourcing begins immediately. These processes involve non-reversible costs, so refunds cannot be issued after 30 minutes unless we fail to deliver the procedure.

  1. No Refunds Provided For:

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect vehicle details submitted(e.g., wrong VIN, make, model, or year)
  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Requests made more than 30 minutes after payment
  • Complaints received more than 12 hours after delivery (see next clause)
  1. Complaints and Corrections

If you believe the provided procedure is incorrect, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery.

  • After this time, corrections will be treated as a new order
  • No free replacements or refunds will be issued beyond the 12-hour window
  1. Use at Your Own Risk

All procedures are provided as-is and must be applied by qualified professionals.

We accept no responsibility or liability for injury, damage, or loss resulting from use of the materials, especially for hybrid, electric, or high-voltage vehicles.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate training and safety measures in place.
